One of our partners in the UK is looking for someone that can help part time with the following responsibilities :
Review of company purchase ledgers:
- For each supplier and transaction, identify the type of service supplied or products purchased.
- For each service type, match up to the most appropriate EEIO spend-based emissions factors.
- For products purchased, identify the most appropriate methods of calculation and emission factors to be used, e.g. splitting products by material weight and using activity data.
- Identify opportunities to use supplier specific emission factors.
To collate the data into format that :
- Can be imported into Carbon+Alt+Delete
- And/or identifies where additional data should be requested from the client (e.g. list of individual products purchased)
